At Metallic Bonds, we offer high performance non-stick/release coatings for a variety of component parts. A few examples include rollers, guide plates/rails, seal bars, and molds.

When increased durability is necessary, Dura-Slik™ combines fluoropolymer with a thermal sprayed coating to provide wear resistance along with the necessary release properties. Our coatings replace other conventional methods including tapes, sleeves, wraps and paints, often times at significant savings.

Made to include materials such as PTFE, PFA, FEP, tungsten carbide, chrome carbide stainless and nickel chrome silicon carbide, our coatings offer better efficiency for the end customer. Detailed masking can be utilized to ensure the coating is only applied to the necessary area. No part distortion, warping, cracking, or metallurgical change occurs to the base metal, which can include substrates like white and red metals, grey steels, castings, carbides, super alloys, and weldments.

We apply these coatings to components and parts used extensively in commercial printing, product conveyors, machine tool, machine builders, paper industry and many others.
